SimuValidate is a service brand operated by Noble Mindset LLC. When you submit information through simuvalidate.com, it is received by Noble Mindset LLC.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through the quote request form, including:

• Name, job title, company name
• Email address and phone number
• Project description and technical details
• Robot model, application type, simulation need, and project stage

CAD files and project documents are not collected through the website form; if needed, they are shared later through a secure method we arrange. We may also collect standard website usage data such as page views and browser type through analytics tools, subject to your cookie choice.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use submitted information to:

• Review your project and prepare a FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation quote
• Communicate with you about scope and deliverables
• Fulfil simulation services you have engaged
• Respond to your questions and follow up on requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Files and Confidentiality

Any files you later share (CAD, drawings, project documents) are used solely to evaluate and fulfil your project request. Upon request, we will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any files are reviewed. Contact contact@simuvalidate.com to request an NDA before sharing files.

5. Data Retention

We retain project inquiry information for a reasonable period to fulfil the engagement and for legitimate business recordkeeping. You may request deletion or make a privacy request by contacting privacy@simuvalidate.com.

6. Cookies and Analytics

By default this website uses only essential cookies. If analytics is enabled, a cookie notice lets you accept or decline analytics cookies, and Google Consent Mode is used to respect that choice. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings.

7. Payment Processing

SimuValidate uses Stripe for payment processing. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is not stored by SimuValidate or Noble Mindset LLC. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy.
