Disclaimer
Important notices regarding trademark ownership, simulation accuracy, and the limits of what SimuValidate's services represent.
Last updated: 2026. This disclaimer applies to simuvalidate.com and all services provided by Noble Mindset LLC under the SimuValidate brand.
1. FANUC Trademark Disclaimer
FANUC and ROBOGUIDE are trademarks or registered trademarks of FANUC Corporation. All references to FANUC, ROBOGUIDE, and related product names on this website are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the software platform used in SimuValidate's simulation services.
The use of the FANUC and ROBOGUIDE names does not imply any partnership, authorization, certification, or endorsement by FANUC Corporation.
2. No Affiliation with FANUC Corporation
SimuValidate is operated by Noble Mindset LLC, an independent business. Noble Mindset LLC has no formal relationship with FANUC Corporation. SimuValidate is an independent FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation service provider and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by FANUC Corporation. SimuValidate does not sell FANUC products, does not represent FANUC Corporation, and is not a FANUC authorized reseller or integration partner.
3. Simulation-Only Service
SimuValidate provides FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation only. We do not provide PLC programming, controls engineering, electrical design, robot installation, physical commissioning, mechanical fabrication, turnkey integration, or non-FANUC robot simulation. Simulation deliverables are inputs to your engineering process; they are not a substitute for qualified engineering judgment, safety validation, integrator validation, or field commissioning.
Any 24-hour rush feasibility review is an optional service that may be available for approved projects; it is not guaranteed and is subject to scope review, availability, and receipt of required information. Rush timing begins only after scope acceptance, payment confirmation, and receipt of the required project information. A rush feasibility review is a feasibility-level review and does not replace final engineering review, safety validation, integrator validation, or field commissioning.
4. Simulation Accuracy and Limitations
FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation models are predictive tools. Results are based on the information, assumptions, CAD data, robot models, EOAT details, payload assumptions, and process parameters provided by the client at scoping. Results may not perfectly reflect real-world cell performance due to factors that cannot be fully represented in a model, including:
- Physical tolerances in tooling, fixtures, and parts
- Robot mechanical wear, calibration state, and actual servo performance
- Differences between simulation paths and final installed programs
- Environmental variables, vibration, and facility conditions
- Differences between modeled and as-built cell geometry
- Production variability and operator behavior
SimuValidate makes no warranty that simulation results will exactly match real-world performance. Cycle-time estimates are simulation-based and are not guaranteed production rates.
5. Representative Examples Disclaimer
Any simulation outputs, data visualizations, statistics, or example findings shown on this website — including the Simulation Library, homepage examples, and service detail pages — are representative examples only. They illustrate the types of analysis SimuValidate performs and do not promise or guarantee specific outcomes for any future project. They do not represent specific client projects or actual customer results unless explicitly stated.
6. Client Responsibility and Final Validation
Clients are responsible for engaging qualified automation engineers, system integrators, and safety professionals to review simulation findings and make final implementation decisions. Simulation reduces risk but does not replace final engineering review, safety validation, integrator validation, or field commissioning.
7. Website Content
Content on simuvalidate.com is provided for informational purposes. While SimuValidate makes reasonable efforts to keep content accurate, Noble Mindset LLC makes no warranty regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of any information on this website.
